GROOMING REPORT – January 3rd, 2025

Grooming at Queest, Blue Lake, and Owlhead last night. The upper parking areas are open, but use caution as there are a few slippery sections remaining on the roads. Please obey all of the parking signs and do not drive above the designated parking areas.

Eagle Pass Jan 2 36 36 Groomed to the cabin. 200cm at the cabin. Parking at 0.5km and 1km, but we recommend chains for large trailers as there are some snowy/icy sections on the road. Snow starts at ~1km. Dirty snow until ~8km.
Blue Lake Jan 3 0 66 Groomed to the cabin. 245cm at the cabin. Connector to Owlhead was groomed last night. Parking is open at 1km for trailers and 2km for trucks, but please use caution as there are still some snowy/icy sections on the road.  Snow starts at ~2km. Dirty snow until ~6km.
Owlhead Jan 3 0 83 Groomed to the cabin. 170cm at the cabin. Connector to Blue Lake was groomed last night. Parking at 2.5km. Snow starts at ~2.5km. Dirty snow until ~6km.

Note: Our new parking lot at 2.5km is still settling in, thank you for respecting the temporary ‘No Parking’ signs.

Queest Jan 3 0 14 Groomed to the cabin from the Sicamous side. 190cm at the cabin. Parking between 2km and 3km on the 1800 Rd. Snowline starts at ~3km. The road to the 6km parking lot is not maintained and is very slushy/icy in some sections.

Trails will be groomed after approximately 75 sleds; in the evening ***BEGINNING AT DUSK***

  • Please do not drive your vehicle on groomed trails
  • Stay on the right side of the trail
  • Watch for grooming equipment and give them right-of-way
