On behalf of the Staff & Directors of the Eagle Valley Snowmobile Club & Grooming Society,
we would like to thank our Club Members, Daily Visitors and all our Sponsors who made this season another success.
We have some exciting projects on the go this summer so if you would like to become involved by volunteering any of your time or funds for a project, please contact us. We will keep you posted on upcoming projects.

Blue Lake

Last Groomed: April 6  /2012, (76 Sleds Traveled)
Snow Report: 211cm Base at the Chalet,25cm of deep fresh snow this week and still snowing. 
Notices: All Trucks & Trailers are still unloading at bottom staging area.Chains required if driving up.
We are not allowed to drive your sleds on the Yard Creek Loop Road, sleds must be unloaded at the staging area.

Eagle Pass

Last Groomed: April 7 /2012, ( 55  Sleds Traveled)
Snow Report: 260 cm Base,  15cm of deep fresh snow this week.
Notices: Trucks & Trailers still unloading at bottom staging area.30 truck parking area plowed up at 3/4 km, but some snow on edge or road if you want to leave from the bottom.
Chains required if driving up.

Owlhead

Last Groomed: April 7/2012, ( 23 Sleds Traveled)
Snow Report: 211m Base,25cm of fresh snow this past week.
Notices: Bare gravel road for 2 km to the parking area.Chains required if driving up.

Queest

Last Groomed: March 30/2012, ( 34 Sleds Traveled)
Snow Report: 260 cm Base. 15cm of fresh snow this past week & still snowing.
Notices: Gravel road up to 3km .Chains required if your driving up.

 

Trails Groomed that evening after 75 sleds have traveled or as soon as possible. 
Pack all garbage out that you pack in, Garbage cans will be removed from the cabins in 2012.

At times you may have to travel on Forest Service Roads to where grooming begins and some roads may be temporarily closed due to logging operations.

  • - Please do not drive your vehicle on groomed trails.
  • - Stay on the right side of the trail.
  • - Watch for grooming equipment and give them right-of-way
  • - Travel on and off the groomed trails is completely at the Sledders Own Risk.
