DESCRIPTION:All members welcome! \nWe are recommending and presenting changes to our club’s bylaws as a result of a governance review and to better align with the Societies Act of BC and the BC Snowmobile Federation.  Bylaw changes require a special resolution approved by the current membership. The following motion will be made at our Annual General Meeting: \nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the bylaws of the Eagle Valley Snowmobile club be amended as approved by its Board of Directors and presented to the membership. \nA copy of the proposed bylaws is available upon request up to one day prior to the AGM and by emailing the request to vicepresident@sledsicamous.com \nMeeting Agenda \nVirtual Meeting Link \nProposed Bylaw Changes
