Amilia Purchasing Platform FAQ and FYI

In 2022, alongside the BC Snowmobile Federation, the EVSC transitioned to a new service provider to streamline our membership process. All memberships will need to be purchased online via the link below. A few important changes on your end:

  1. A date of birth is mandatory on your account in order to receive applicable Club discounts (such as youth, senior, and early bird discounts).
  2. You will be encouraged to provide a profile photo (no helmets, please) in order to complete your purchase. This will alleviate the need to carry your driver’s licence with you to show the booth attendants, which will streamline check in at the hill.
  3. You will NOT receive a physical membership card this season. Your card can be found within your Amilia account once you have registered and purchased a Club membership. You will need to take a screenshot of your card on your mobile device to present at the hills and/or print a copy which you will bring with you. If this is not possible, please contact our offices and we can assist you in obtaining or printing a card.
  4. If you have any questions at all, and we do know there will be many, our office is ready to assist at any reasonable hour. Please email admin@sledsicamous.com

We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition and are sure excited you’ve decided to join our Club.

DAILY TRAIL FEES

Your support through Trail Pass sales helps up to offer our grooming program, maintain our trails and to also maintain the parking areas located at each trail head.

The Eagle Valley Snowmobile Club has a Trail Management Agreement with the Province of British Columbia for Blue Lake, Eagles Pass, Owls Head and Queest sledding areas. Through this agreement the Club is able to groom and maintain the trails at these areas and in turn charge a fee for this service.

$30 per trail user per day. Plan to pay with Debit, Visa, or Mastercard, or Cash.

Trail Passes can be purchased at each area trail head from an EVSC staff member.
